Plausus

The plantations of Plavac Mali are on sheer positions above Cavtat, where there have always been the best vineyards, as our ancestors used to say. These plantations have given the grapes from which this wine has been made. Being matured in new oak barrels the wine has developed its unique taste and aroma. Before placing the wine into the RVS tank, the selection of the finest barrels has been made, after which it has been filled in the bottels without filtering.

Pairs well with grilled dishes and rich meat dishes with sauces. Suggested usage at the temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
